The hype of AI agents "helping us" to unload things that we think are repetitive or wasting our time to give us more "freedom" is a big lie and a muddy puddle when it comes to information security and privacy ~ The reality that we are all being watched...while willingly giving away our data and control is insane.

I am at a crossroads here. On one hand I do see the value of AI in some ways and can't avoid using it, especially when it's integrated in everything digital now, but on the other hand, I do question the security, environmental impact, the real-world human casualties of automation, how using AI is making us dumb > https://shorturl.at/luv7x

So, how do we protect ourselves moving forward while still being able to enjoy the technologies we have? Policies? Oversight? Give up and bow down to the AI overlords? 💩💩💩
