Emma swore she’d never date never mind marry a doctor and here we are.

Emma and Pawel are married.

They love travelling and eating out. They enjoy a good series at home and walks by the beach when the weather allows.

Their hopes are simple and strong. Health, happiness, more adventures, and a long life together.

Three weddings and a humanist wedding celebrant.

It’s been quite a journey from our own ceremonies to the hundreds I’ve had the joy of leading for others. If you’ve been part of that story or I’ve been part of yours, I’d love your vote in the Wedding Supplier category at the GNI Magazine Awards.

Voting closes tomorrow (Wednesday) at 5pm. Link in bio and comments

Thank you for every kind word, every ceremony, every bit of support along the way and not forgetting the craic, we never forget the craic.

Rest In Peace

Sister Stan, a champion for the homeless people and one of irelands greatest humanitarians. Her legacy will touch those who are not even born yet - that’s how to live.

Vic and Jon are married!

Their story began, as so many modern romances do, with a swipe right. Vic had almost given up on dating apps. Jon had just signed up. A few exchanged messages later, and a friendly debate about Jimi Hendrix versus The Beatles became the soundtrack to their love story.

From that first date in Camden, through lockdown, gig nights, quiet weekends, and adventures across Mexico, they’ve built a life grounded in laughter, care, and teamwork.

On Christmas morning 2023, Jon proposed by candlelight at dawn, Pearl Jam playing softly in the background. And now, surrounded by their favourite people, they’ve said yes all over again to love and commitment.

Here’s to Vic and Jon may the debate never end, and may the love only deepen because Nothing Else Matters.

This nomination caught me off guard and my mummy, JulieAnne and Ger told me to wise up and embrace it. I did say I’m not up for awards as your wee texts, Google reviews and familiar hellos while out and about are more than enough rewards in themselves.

Wedding Supplier of the Year at the GNI Magazine Awards. What makes it meaningful is knowing it came from people who’ve actually seen my work, the ceremonies, and the care behind them.

The GNI Awards celebrate our LGBTQIA+ community, and I couldn’t be prouder to stand alongside others doing great work.
If you’d like to vote, the link’s in my bio. Thank you, always, for the support.

Last night around 8pm saw my 400th ceremony conducted.

This milestone isn’t about numbers, but about connection and I’m so grateful for every single one.

I’ve said it before, ā€œThe small part I play in your life, helps fill up my life.ā€

To everyone who has trusted me with your story, thank you. It’s been an honour and an absolute privilege to stand with you in sadness, grief, celebration, love and joy.

I’m deeply grateful to the mentors, colleagues, and friends who have inspired, guided, and supported me along the way. Your encouragement has shaped my work and helped me give my best to every couple and family. Thank you.

I was at the Balmoral Hotel Wedding Fair yesterday with a brilliant bunch of local suppliers.

It’s always good to catch up, chat with couples, and see everyone doing what they do best.

Here’s a quick reel with some of the faces and businesses that make days like this so enjoyable to be part of.
