This past week has felt like a quiet kind of magic- watching scattered ideas begin to take shape. The planner inserts I’ve been designing are slowly becoming the frame work for how I stay grounded and creative, while the first draft of my new blog post finally feels like it’s capturing the heart of what harmony within stands for .

It’s a reminder that building something meaningful isn’t about rushing- it’s about showing up gently, consistently , and trusting that each page , each note , each little step is leading somewhere beautiful.

Do you find yourself blaming you when things go wrong in a relationship?

It’s such a common pattern- especially for kind, empathetic women who have spent years keeping the peace, smoothing edges, and carrying everyone else’s emotions.

But here’s the truth:
You are not the problem
You do not have to apologise for having feelings
You do not have to shrink to make others comfortable

Sometimes we take on blame to feel safe or accepted. But peace built on self blame isn’t peace- it’s silence.

Take a few quiet minutes today and ask yourself -
When do I take responsibility for things that aren’t mine to carry.

You don’t need to be an expert to recognise when something doesn’t feel right.

If you often find yourself doubting your memory, apologising too much, or walking on eggshells, these may be signs of unhealthy behaviour patterns- not your failure to cope.

Here are 5 examples to help you understand what’s really happening:

1. Gaslighting - they make you question your reality.
2. Silent treatment - they withdraw affection to punish you .
3. Blame-shifting - you end up feeling responsible for their actions .
4. Love bombing & withdrawal - they overwhelm you with attention, then pull away.
5. Lack of empathy - your emotions are dismissed or ignored

Gentle reminder -
You are not overreacting
You are not too sensitive
You are not the problem

You deserve peace, clarity and genuine kindness

When was the last time you doubted yourself because of someone else’s words?

So often , our self-doubt isn’t born inside us- it’s planted there by others. Their opinions , criticism, or dismissive comments can make us question our worth.

But here’s the gentle truth :
Someone else’s words don’t define you .
Their judgement is not your truth .
You are allowed to trust yourself again .

Take a quiet moment today . Write down the last time you doubted yourself because of someone else’s words- and then write a new truth to replace it .
