▫️Amongst the stunning ancient ruins of the Roman Forum stands a garden Villa for the resident Pope on top of Palatine Hill. A beautiful water grotto greets you there, seamlessly crafted into the side of the building as you climb the steps to its formal gardens. Here was a place to find a cool spot besides the falling water and plants of the grotto in the high Italian heat and pause for reflection and contemplation. Water drawing you to its side looking out across the grandeur of the Roman Forum and still giving people pause for thought today centuries later 😍. It certainly made us stop and enjoy its beautiful presence 😌!

▫️It was great to see Alan & Jodi Decker of in a very crowded Roman street - they are some of our most respected US colleagues who do remarkable ecosystem water feature work around the world. We enjoyed hanging out with them in Rome but you just can’t make these things up 😄!

▫️There’s nothing better than seeing a client enjoying their new pond for the very first time ✨

▫️This fantastic project in📍Finchley has been a real journey for the team, with challenges along the way, but the result speaks for itself. The flowing water and natural stonework has transformed this garden into something truly special. We couldn’t be prouder of how it’s turned out 🌿💧

▫️PROGRESS▫️

▫️We're making great progress at our project in📍Finchley despite the rain last week! Make sure to watch to the end for the latest update! 💪

▫️5 days into this project and this beautiful stream is already taking shape 👀 The rocks have all been laid and the planting has begun, allowing us to blend our new water feature into its surroundings. There's a few jobs left to complete but it's already looking fantastic and we can't wait to share the finished project 🤩💧

▫️Catch up with Daniel a few days into our latest project to see how we're getting on! 📽️💪

▫️Like any build, this project has come with a few challenges along the way 🌿 But the stream is now really starting to take shape, with the main channel dug in and the first stones being laid along the sides. There’s still plenty more to do, but it’s exciting to see the design coming to life 💧

▫️We've got a new project underway in📍Finchley 🌿

▫️We’ve just kicked off a very exciting project for our clients, creating a 15–20 metre double-ended stream that flows around a bespoke swing bench 💧 This space will feature natural stonework, a concrete retaining wall, stepping stones across the water and new planting to bring height and softness to the garden. It’s the start of another exciting project and we can’t wait to share each stage of the journey with you 💪
