Argyle Community Fitness is also home of Weapons Down Wirral CIC built to support our community, not profit. Memberships are just Β£19.99 per month, keeping it affordable and accessible.
What we offer goes beyond exercise β€” it’s about support, routine and connection:
β€’ FREE boxing sessions for young people funded by Heap & Partners Ltd πŸ₯Š
β€’ FREE fitness classes and boxing for people in recovery, running throughout the week funded by Nightingales Hub πŸ™
β€’ Regular sessions supporting local mental health services
β€’ Ongoing classes delivered in partnership with the local authority

As part of our commitment to reducing violence and improving safety across the Wirral, we have been delivering emergency bleed control kits to local pubs and community spaces, such as The Firemans Arms Birkenhead. These kits help control severe bleeding in the critical minutes before emergency services arrive, when fast action can save lives. Four of these kits were donated to us by πŸ™

Bleed control kits are easy to use and allow members of the public to respond quickly to emergencies caused by accidents or violent incidents.
