We’re excited to launch brand new Boxing Fitness sessions with Andy – designed to support recovery and mental wellbeing 💙

Expect an energising mix of bag work, skipping, shadowboxing and circuit training – all in a supportive, non-judgemental space.

This class is suitable for all fitness levels, whether you’re completely new or getting back into fitness as part of your recovery journey.

🗓 Mondays 2pm - 3pm
Friday 2pm - 3pm
Sundays | 11am - 12pm
