Joy is not automatic. It’s something you create every day.
People see me smiling and think I have no worries. But I’ve had my share of childhood pain and adult battles.

I used to cover my sadness with laughter. I’d make jokes so people wouldn’t notice the things going on inside. But one day, I decided — I will be intentional about joy. I’ll laugh, dance, and glow not because life is perfect but because I choose peace.

Now, happiness is part of my identity. Even when I’m sad, I smile because I know storms don’t last.

Being happy doesn’t mean I don’t feel pain. It means I refuse to let pain win.

Social media is not real life.
People see two minutes of your joy and assume that’s your entire life.

The best parts of my life are offline — with my wife and child.
I post only what I choose to share.

If someone comments nonsense, I block them.
I call it sending them to the “block factory.”

I don’t owe anyone an explanation.
I live for peace, not for validation.

Mine was when love turned to humiliation.

But what I learnt is that healing doesn’t mean weakness.
You can still love deeply and stay wise.
You just need to stop repeating cycles that break you.

When people talk about intimate scenes in movies, they often forget one thing—it is not about the act itself, it is about the story.

In genres like noir, s*x is often part of the narrative. Removing it would weaken the story.

But filming those scenes is not glamorous. It is technical. There are lights, cameras, and a full crew watching.

To make it real, you must have professional chemistry with your co-actor. Without that, the scene falls flat.

For me, it is never about sensationalism. It is about truth in storytelling.

When I left, my trailer stayed outside for days while they checked to make sure nothing was missing. That’s how detailed the estate was.
