Was feeling like a crunchy snack without the guilt❤️
Cut each tortilla in eight pieces heat up avocado oil or vegetable oil whichever you choose pan fry, bake or air fry them and sprinkle with seasoning of choice once on the cooling rack. Super easy to make and they taste yummy

I don't know what it's called.. but it's 8 eggs,8 oz cream cheese,1/2 stick of butter in a blender, spray 8 by 8 pan bake @350 for 30 minutes (i had to go 40) allow to deflate and sprinkle cinnamon top with sugar free syrup, berries and whipped cream...reminds me of a flan texture with a french toast taste

When I realized how much protein was in cottage cheese I was elated. Cottage cheese and peaches is my favorite snack! “This is going to be EASY”I thought! But the sugar from the canned peaches made it too many calories and I have been forced to improvise with just plain berries or sugar free jam… not the same. Then, I got to thinking… do they make sugar free peaches? They do! And they are sweetened with stevia! Super low calorie high protein way to hit my macros at the end of the night and SO satisfying! 10/10 recommend if you love peaches and cottage cheese! 🙌🏼

I call this one peach unicorn island, 💕😍
I had to try all of these water mixes I picked up at Walmart. I used one unicorn, and one peach ring, single drink mix, in my 40 ounce glass . I threw in some fresh raspberries for some extra yum. 😋 Not only is this drink pretty to look at, it’s also delish!  This definitely is giving me summer vibes!😎☀️

Cream cheese with raspberry sugar free jello!
Just cut up cubes of cream cheese and roll them over in the raspberry sugar free jello and let it chill for a few minutes in the freezer. I know it doesn’t sound very appetizing but they’re A M A Z I N G. It’s like eating raspberry cheesecake and has almost no carbs!

Guilt Free White Chocolate Soft Serve Ice Cream1 container sugar free cool whipHandful Lily’s chocolate chips1.5 heaping...

Guilt Free White Chocolate Soft Serve Ice Cream
1 container sugar free cool whip
Handful Lily’s chocolate chips
1.5 heaping Tbsp sugar free white chocolate instant pudding mix
Choc Zero Caramel Sauce to drizzle
Steps
Thaw cool whip then give it a mix
Add pudding
Mix really well
Top with chocolate chips and drizzled with caramel sauce
Freeze 3 hours and enjoy!

Day 38 of 100 days of picky plates - 428 calories 28.7 protein. Baked carrot fries with my homemade healthy ranch dressing (I want to put this on everything. Cucumber, celery with cream cheese and homemade everything bagel seasoning, air fryer boiled egg, olives, peppers, beetroot, tomatoes, and some leftover chicken.

OMG. Chocolate Protein Muffins
If you need a little chocolate in your day!! 3 pts, 5pts with 1/2 zero sugar chocolate chips. Just mix it all together , pour in 16 muffin tins.
I add a few low sugar craisins to 3 just to try. Amazing !!

As someone who finds it very hard to hit a protein goal, and doesn't eat a lot in a day.. these are so helpful. Only 90 ...

As someone who finds it very hard to hit a protein goal, and doesn't eat a lot in a day.. these are so helpful. Only 90 cals so adding in a tablespoon of dark choc chips is easy. Such a treat. Cant wait to try the protein yogurt with 25g next
