Pleased to share our latest campaign with Warwickshire Road Safety Partnership – all about helping parents support their young drivers once the L-plates come off.

🚗 From Learner to Licensed: Parental Support for New Drivers was a free webinar designed to give parents practical, relatable tools to reduce risk and build their child’s confidence behind the wheel.

Koala’s role was to develop a social-first creative suite – graphics, video, and promo assets optimised for Facebook and beyond. We designed assets to be flexible, so local authorities and safety partners nationwide can add their own logos and share seamlessly.

A campaign that’s supportive, not scare-driven – and one that puts parents at the heart of safer journeys.

We built the spot like a digital keepsake: cover colours wrapped in soft gradients, animated text timed to feel like a heartbeat, and design moments that give readers something to screenshot and share.

From Henry and Halle’s story beats to those quiet “cloud emoji” vibes, the ad is as much a gift for returning fans as it is an invitation for new readers to join the Maple Hills universe.

When brought us back for paperback release of What I Ate in One Year, the brief was simple: keep the appetite appeal, but make it lighter, brighter, and fit for summer.

We swapped the original deep tones for a fresh colourway, layered in the paperback’s softer styling, and built background text from Tucci’s own dishes - Green Beans with Vinaigrette, Baked Sea Bass, Summer Party.

Two social edits and static Spotify/YouTube banners complete the campaign, serving the paperback to audiences wherever they’re scrolling.

When asked us to refresh their much-loved 2023 ad for summer 2025, the goal was clear: keep the heart, make it feel brand new.

We re-recorded the voiceover to spotlight the “Ten Times the Fun” multiticket offers, and seamlessly cut in their brand-new Adventure Mini Golf — all without a single new shoot day.

Multiple TV and social formats were created, from Sky AdSmart to Instagram, ensuring every viewer sees the same bright, welcoming, memory-making energy that makes Willows a family favourite.

It’s proof that with the right creative handling, a campaign can evolve with the season while keeping the magic audiences already love.

The challenge? Create an ad for The Suspect by published by that’s as slick as a legal thriller but still wears a smile.

We blended the book’s bold illustrated aesthetic with polished motion graphics to keep the energy high without losing that premium edge. Layered textures and subtle shadow play give the flat artwork depth, while the colour palette mirrors the cover to ensure instant brand recognition across every placement.

From ITVX to TikTok, the visuals stay punchy and recognisable — proof that good design travels well.

It’s the perfect blend of koalafications: creative flair, meticulous craft, and a nose for what works on every screen.

When Books briefed us on Richard Osman’s The Impossible Fortune, we knew this couldn’t be a one-note trailer drop – it needed a campaign that unfolded like the mystery itself.

So we built a rollout designed around timing and intrigue:
✨ 15s “Pre-Order” teasers – landing the same week as The Thursday Murder Club rder Club film release, hitting both comedy and drama genres across ITVX, All4 and Amazon Prime.
✨ 30s “Out Now” launch edits – crafted for the 25th September release, rolling out across social and VOD, now supported with audio.
✨ Audio ads – Spotify and radio, designed to cut through to our ‘core detectives’ audience.

Every asset scripted and animated in-house by the clever Koalas, with Richard Osman lending his unmistakable voice throughout. Every beat built to keep Osman’s gang front-of-mind – from cinema screens to kitchen radios.

👋 Say g'day to Carlos Delgado aka — our Senior Graphic Artist & Motion Graphics Designer who’s koala-fied to turn bold ideas into beautiful visuals

Carlos has been part of the Koala troop since early 2022, first joining us for print projects before expanding into motion graphics, branding and advertising. These days, no two days look the same for Carlos — unless you count the coffee. That’s non-negotiable ☕️ (A good brew is his not-so-secret sidekick.)

His proudest moment? Producing a full series of 2D animated videos for NewRiderHub, packed with tips and traffic rules for new drivers. Think informative meets impressive — with a touch of creative genius.

Outside the (digital) studio, Carlos finds inspiration in galleries, cinema and live gigs — and when he’s not crafting eye-catching visuals, he’s probably behind a drum kit laying down a beat.

His top tip for aspiring creatives? “Always do what you enjoy, and work on your portfolio. That’s what will really open doors.”

We recently partnered with the Energy Capital Programme Team to produce a 100-second explainer for the Net Zero Neighbourhoods project, focusing on Brockmoor in Dudley.

With a clear, calm voiceover and swipe-style transitions, the film guides viewers through a grounded vision of how retrofit, green space and transport improvements could reshape everyday life — without overpromising.

It’s designed to be accessible, informative and relatable — a tool to help residents and policymakers alike see what a cleaner, greener future could actually look like on their street.
