Focaccia made fresh with rosemary, olive oil, red onions and cherry tomatoes. There’s just something about all of these flavours which tickles my fancy…. & my taste buds!

It’s super easy to make too…. My top tip with a dough like this is to mix the yeast with warm water and some sugar or honey and leave it to the side for a little while to start reacting. Then you need to take your time for a double prove, add dimples and drizzles of olive oil and a really hot oven.

Spooky season has officially started creeping into the house…

I’ve started with a duvet change in both mine and Arlo’s rooms and then added some little details. Knitted pumpkins, bunting, ghosts, and of course, bat lights for Arlo’s room.

Sat on the floor in the mosh pit, absolutely soaked, waiting for Chase & Status to come on and questioning some of my recent life choices.

Then they started and suddenly it was all completely worth it.

Sweet Sensation at Reading Festival 2026 and apparently I thought I was part of Chase & Status for 9 seconds.

Booked the ticket last minute, survived the rain and made it into the mosh pit. There was absolutely no chance I wasn’t singing this at full volume.
