At Transition Stage Company, Natalie’s mission has always been to platform excellence by uplifting writers from all walks of life. You can’t build successfully with people who are uncollaborative or unable to communicate, listen, or show empathy. If you find yourself repeating the same thing more than five times or noticing recurring patterns in your project, it’s a clear sign of unresolved communication issues. This is often why so many projects fall apart. Choose your team wisely in 2025 !
