PARENT REQUEST: "We've just got back from a family holiday and my 10yo refused to take her jumper or jeans off the whole time.
"I could see she wanted to go in the sea with her brother and sister but felt too conscious about her body to do it.
"I tried to talk to her about it but she just told me to leave it and walked away. How can I help her to feel happy in her own skin? It's made me feel so sad because I had no idea she felt this way." 😢
