And we continue ..

But let me just reintroduce myself to the New, Remaining and Existing followers

My name is Lushea known as Lush 'yes like the shop' lol I was given this nickname from a mixture of rappers and producers back in college so realistically the credit goes to them.

I'm a podcaster of my own Podcaster L.W.W , Trainee PCT Counsellor (2 months till I'm qualified) and yes I write too . Used to sing and do some filming back in days . In my mid 30s but depending on what I wear and what weave or braids I have done I can look younger than I appear 😉.
My government CV of work is long but meaningful stemming from my first job at MotherCare (age 16) finding a 4 hour shift just "long"😅😅 to actually working in the real work of 30.7 full time job from education/Mental health .
I thrive from my own personal experiences which include various challenges , hearing other people tell their story,anyone who can't stand me -yes and networking with like minded people,
and of course like a pinch of all purpose seasoning added to many dishes my main inspiration comes from grandad along with other beautiful souls in my circle ..

BUT iam NOT what my journey looks LIKE ! And I don't LOOK what my life has been . But iam CERTAINLY happy to be and become the woman and mind set that I have and climb a ladder in my living . Iam sure there are many people that THRIVE. And the ones that do wheather I have had deep convo with or not I bet YOU its been the set backs that has contributed to how you thrive today ! In the end you gotta like Florence & the Machine SHAKE IT OUT and SHAKE IT OFF and restart again 💫

You can have as many Qualz, trainings etc and life it self is a whole another degree all by it self.

Its really the simple things .

For thr first time I shall be joining my sister from another mother Annika on DEC SOCIAL MEDIA DETOX 2023. I shall return Jan 2024.

My goal is to take this challenge and incorporate this on a yearly basis to really embrace :
👉Stepping back to recalibrate &focus on projects which I have delayed on releasing and refining the finishing touches before launch (due to various reasons)
👉 recharge on my mental health (Creativity)
👉improve me going to bed earlier lol
👉reclaim some valuable time for me (as I'm always on the go)
👉nurture authentic connections
👉need a break from digital noise
👉More book reading
