Like Natalie, Working in Health and Social Care Means More Than You Think

At the end of last month, I watched the documentary series Natalie Cassidy: Caring Together on the count of the following: I work as both a Support Worker and HCA, I've got several years of personal experience helping support people with various disabilities and mental health issues and helped them maintain their well-being. Other reasons why I watched it were because I knew there'd be issues within the sector alone that she’d be pointing out in the hope of raising awareness of them.
