Singapore has to be one of my absolute favourite places in the world!

I’ve been lucky enough to visit several times, and even luckier to stay in a city view suite at the iconic Marina Bay Sands.

I still remember first seeing the hotel during the Singapore Grand Prix on TV years ago and I was blown away by the idea of a swimming pool right on the rooftop!

I told myself one day I’d swim in that pool.

Fast forward a few years, with plenty of luck and hard work, and I made it happen. 🌟

Here’s a little photo dump from a couple of our trips to this incredible and beautiful city; it never fails to amaze me.

Dinner with a bit of drama in Cappadocia!

This isn’t just a meal, it’s an experience. In Cappadocia they serve up Testi Kebab, a slow-cooked meat and vegetable stew sealed inside a clay pot.

The pot is baked for hours, keeping all the juices and flavours locked in. 🍙🔥

Stuart was very happy to play chef for the night in this amazing cave restaurant, and yes, it tasted just as good as it looked.

Had a great night near the Leicester Tigers ground at an event hosted by Travel Gossip and BHX airport featuring some of their main airlines.

Great company, interesting insights, fun quiz and another haul of goodies. Including baklava and Turkish delight courtesy of Turkish Airlines, who spookily I flew with for the first time only two weeks ago and their rep was from Cappadocia!

I also managed to bag a business class amenity kit from Qatar which smells absolutely divine 😍
