On Saturday, after the sold out screening of his short films, we presented Joe Lycett with our first Pushing Forward Champion Award. We wanted to recognise how much Joe has done for Birmingham in both big and small ways. Despite being a renowned headline grabbing prankster, he is also a truly humble guy who doesn't shout about all the ways he's helped the creative community here - like a true Brummie, we don't brag, we just crack on.
