We’ve just had an incredible meal at Simpsons Restaurant, a Birmingham fine dining institution that truly deserves to be cherished and supported.

Every dish was both beautiful and full of flavour. Standouts included scallop ravioli, sea bream with a delicate piment d’Espelette sauce, their signature raspberry soufflé, and an apple & blackberry yogurt sorbet with honey cake.

Whether you’ve not been for a while or you’re discovering it for the first time, it’s well worth a visit; a place that continues to set the standard for fine dining in the city.
