🚨 Assisted Travel Update: Important Info for UK Passengers 🚨
👇 Here's what you need to know 👇
🟡 The UK Sunflower Lanyard is no longer recognised at Aena airports in Spain. Instead, passengers with hidden disabilities can now request Aena’s Invisible Disability Badge.
🔍 What is it?
This badge helps airport staff identify passengers with hidden disabilities and allows access to:
Dedicated security lanes (where available)
Assisted passage through general security
✅ Only one badge per travel party is needed
🗓 Valid for single use on the day of travel
⚠️ Not a fast-track or exemption from security checks
📍 Where is it accepted?
Alicante
Barcelona
Fuerteventura
Gran Canaria
Ibiza
Lanzarote
Málaga
Menorca
Palma
Reus
Tenerife Sur
📝 How to request it:
1. Fill out the online form 👉 http://spr.ly/6188AZXWK
2. Accept terms, add passenger and flight details, and submit
3. Receive badge by email – print it or show it on your phone at the airport
We are happy to complete the forms & do any paperwork that is necessary
