SHE CREATES - VINYL DJ WORKSHOP! 🎧
As part of our next She Creates event, we’re excited to be offering three intimate vinyl mixing workshops, led by She Creates co-founder Toni Grehan. Toni, also founder of Variations, is a passionate vinyl collector. She loves nothing more than building her collection and playing records in clubs and at festivals, and loves introducing others to the joy of mixing on vinyl.
These sessions are designed for women and non-binary DJs who already mix digitally and are curious about making the move to vinyl.
With just two people per workshop, you’ll have plenty of hands-on time and the chance to ask lots of questions in a relaxed, supportive environment.
Together we’ll cover:
• Beat matching by ear & finding the cue.
• Looking after your vinyl & understanding the equipment.
• Practical tips to help you feel confident using turntables.
Whether you’ve always wanted to try vinyl or you’re looking to build your confidence behind a pair of turntables, this is a gentle introduction with no pressure just a chance to learn, experiment and have fun.
