Join us at STIR on Saturday 11th October, 3PM – midnight for our first ever DJ takeover event bringing you the finest Disco, Funk, Soul, Balearic, Rare Grooves, Jazz & World Rhythms 🎶

We’re so excited to celebrate and showcase a full female/ gender expansive lineup of incredible DJs from around the city.

This will be the perfect afternoon and evening to celebrate with us, support women behind the decks, have a cheeky cocktail or mocktail and maybe a little dance 🪩

We’re on the lookout for female/ non-binary DJs to join us for an all-day She Creates Takeover at Stir Stores on Saturday 11th October, 3pm – late 💖

We’re so happy to share that Matilda’s Heart Melts will be trading at She Creates this Sunday, 24th August at The MAC in Birmingham! 💜

Founded by Jenny and named after her daughter, Matilda’s Heart Melts was born out of a love for Yankee candles and quickly blossomed into a passion for hand poured soy wax melts. Since 2020, Jenny has been experimenting with incredible scents, from the freshness of cut grass to Snow Fairy (Lush) inspired dupes. Creating melts, reed diffusers and room and linen sprays that will fill your home with beautiful aromas. 🌸✨

Our craft workshop host! 😍

Discover the world of nichos and create your quirky 3D piece using just a few materials and your imagination.

Nichos are a type of folk art popular throughout Central and South America, often devotional and quirky in design. They can be made from common household objects such as soapboxes and sweet boxes.

During this workshop you’ll be able to choose the size of your box, cut it to your desired shape and decorate it using paint and collage. Once you finished your piece you can place anything you like inside to personalise it, including your small figurines, charms and family photographs.

💍 MEET 💍

Sol studied jewellery GCSE and never thought she would use the skill again until she started experimenting with polymer clay in 2020. So what started as a pastime during lockdown in March 2020 soon became a small business via Instagram in June 2020, first selling to family and friends.

Sol mainly sells on Instagram and Etsy, but has also had a market stall off Brick Lane in London. We welcome Sol this Sunday at She Creates @ the Mac 1:30pm - 4pm 💝

In the heart of Birmingham’s post-industrial landscape, Layla Tutt broadcasts messages of integrity. She plays rusty guitars and punked-up bass lines, perfectly balanced against her beautifully wistful vocals, creating live performances that are high-spirited, emotive, and striking.

Fresh from stages like The Hope & Anchor (London) and The Hare & Hounds (Birmingham), she’s bringing her energy to She Creates on Sunday 24th of August 🤘🏼
