You have to look back to appreciate the progress you have made and how fair you have come
I’ll be honest recently I’ve been feeling a bit meh
I want to say thanks to those who have been following along and seeing the progress I’ve been making and gassing me up, as looking at myself day to day I hadn’t seen a drastic change.
So I decided to see what I looked like 1 year ago and now I’m happy seeing the differences
I’m 4Kg heavier today than I was a year ago and seeing the comparisons between the two photos shows me just how much progress I have made. Bigger chest, shoulders and arms
My training, food, sleep and cardio have been in the best place they have ever been. I just need to keep pushing forward as all the blocks slots into place and that’s what produces the results.
Remember that progress can take time and don’t be so tough on yourself. I know it can be difficult but don’t compare yourself to others as we are all on our own journeys
