You have to look back to appreciate the progress you have made and how fair you have come

I’ll be honest recently I’ve been feeling a bit meh

I want to say thanks to those who have been following along and seeing the progress I’ve been making and gassing me up, as looking at myself day to day I hadn’t seen a drastic change.

So I decided to see what I looked like 1 year ago and now I’m happy seeing the differences

I’m 4Kg heavier today than I was a year ago and seeing the comparisons between the two photos shows me just how much progress I have made. Bigger chest, shoulders and arms

My training, food, sleep and cardio have been in the best place they have ever been. I just need to keep pushing forward as all the blocks slots into place and that’s what produces the results.

Remember that progress can take time and don’t be so tough on yourself. I know it can be difficult but don’t compare yourself to others as we are all on our own journeys

They go gym, try a few things, maybe stay consistent for a couple weeks…
then fall off because there’s no real plan behind it.

Upper day highlights (shoulder focused)

It’s funny watching yourself back, seeing the faces that I pull and the noises that I make to make sure that I’m getting every single rep I can from you each exercise

The one that made me laugh incline dumbbell curl, took the 20’s for a spin and wet better than expected

Who would win in a fight me or a Llama?

Honestly couldn’t be happier with how trainings gone over the weekend given that I had a sickness bug last week. I’m always pushing for extra reps and I beat every single set on last week

Making some good progress in building a fuller chest

Dialling up the notch with training and tweaking my training style a little is definitely helping me add overall muscle

Making sure to ensure I’m eating mostly Wholefoods and hitting my macros is more important now as it’s helping to build and repair

Sleep had its ups and down so that’s definitely my next main focus as I’ve noticed it’s definitely been impacting my day and my mood overall

Sitting at just under 74Kg - aim is to be 80kg with a similar amount of body fat which is just under 17%

Days 11 to 15 recap & highlights

Pushing myself each week to ensure that I’m beating last weeks reps, I can definitely feel myself getting stronger

I need to review my calories I’m waking up hungry and the pre workout snacks just are cutting it when it comes to making sure I have enough energy to get me through my workout

Busy weekend watching and supporting Alex, he smashed it, especially in axel press, squats and deadlifts (even with deadlifts not being his favourite) Neck and neck on level for 1st place but then coming 2nd 👏🏽

Finishing off with the Monday reset of chores, food shop and recreating a meal I haven’t had in so long. Tasted so good but I feel if I stewed the soya chucks it would have given them a softer texture
