Check out this awesome work from Rambow Studio and Riley Rigs on the music video “Spit” for Kinlaw.

The team perfectly matched the artist’s movements with the Bolt, using a variety of motion control techniques including repeat passes, dynamic angles, 180° spins, and more, resulting in 17 shots, all created with the Bolt, across 3 different setups in just one overnight shoot. Brilliant work all around.

It's time for a giant-sized episode of MRMC Academy 🎓 with your host Ben Sledge.

This time around, Ben unpacks how you can use scaling to recreate the exact same camera move across different-sized subjects, or environments without rebuilding your move from scratch.

Whether you're expanding the size of a castle, shooting a model set, or rotating moves to flip gravity on its head, Flair’s scaling tools let you bridge the physical and visual worlds with pinpoint accuracy.

See how in our latest video below!

Looking back at Cine Gear, we had a great time showcasing the new Bolt PTR for the first time, mounted on the Bolt X. It was a real crowd pleaser as it panned, tilted, and rolled, filming a miniature rally car driven by our trusty teddy bear pilot.

But don't just take our word for it, check out this interview from MediaVision with Simon Wakley of Camera Control, who goes over the intricacies of the Bolt PTR and does a live demonstration for you to see.

Safe to say, our whole stand was firing on all cylinders. We’re already looking forward to next year and all the new innovations we’ll be bringing to the show!

Check out this snippet featuring the Bolt X in a new behind-the-scenes breakdown mashup we've put together from Sony and Industrial Light & Magic

They go behind the scenes of Severance Season 2, streaming on Apple TV+, with cinematographer Jessica Lee Gagné, featuring the iconic opening scene where Adam Scott steps out of the elevator and races through a maze of narrow hallways, delivering a heart-pounding start to the series.

The Garage used rapid 80-foot track moves and high-speed 360° orbits with the Bolt X paired with the Sony VENICE. The dynamic camera work perfectly captured the sheer panic and frantic energy of the moment.

Day 1 at Cine Gear at the Universal Studios Lot and it’s off to a great start!

The booth’s been busy since the doors opened and it’s been fantastic to see the response to the new Bolt PTR, with seeing it in action on the Bolt X being a huge highlight for many.

There’s been lots of interest in Pushmoco with the Cinebot Max as well, with plenty of hands-on demos showing how quick and intuitive motion control can be.

Not to mention, our Slidekamera range has been drawing plenty of attention too, with the smooth and silent Atlas & Bullhead studio kit and the new ultra-portable ORION Slider both on show with the RED Komodo X.

The Orion bundle in particular — featuring the MRMC SR-1 robotic head and NIKKOR Z 28–135mm f/4 PZ has been turning heads for its compact, high-precision setup.

Come find us at Booth 007 if you’re visiting the show— we’ll be running demos all day.

Don’t forget, Cine Gear show kicks off this Friday, 6th June, at the Universal Studios Lot in LA 🎬

For the first time ever, you’ll be able to see the new Bolt PTR in action on the Bolt X system, showcasing its new pan, tilt, and unlimited roll capabilities.

You’ll also have the chance to get hands-on with Pushmoco using the Cinebot Max, and see how this lightweight, long-reach system could transform your filming setup.

Find us at Booth 007. See you at the show.

Did you know that the Bolt PTR allows for reverse camera mounting?

Built to be one of the most flexible heads you'll ever use, you can even change the utility of the Bolt PTR based on what your shoot requires, mounting the camera away from the roll ring for even more tilt range. This means you can adapt the Bolt PTR to your shoot’s requirements, wherever and whenever.

Don't forget, we'll be exhibiting with the new Bolt PTR at Cine Gear this weekend, 6–7 June. Don't miss this opportunity to see our latest innovation in action, in person!
