Well that’s Day 1 wrapped up at IBC and what a day it was! 🎥 🙌

The brand-new Cinebot Nano took the spotlight, with crowds gathering to watch it capture Scan Pro Video's robotic dog in action. Visitors were impressed by just how precise and fluid the Nano is when tracking moving subjects along its precision ball-bearing track, with people flocking from far and wide to see the new system in action for the very first time. 🤩

Alongside the Nano, the Cinebot Mini and Cinebot Max were also on display, giving visitors the chance to get hands-on with the full Cinebot range and find the system that fits their workflow best. ⚡️

Our broadcast robotics lineup also impressed on Day 1! The RLS Rail Lift System and AFC Robotic Head delivered smooth horizontal and vertical moves, while the brand-new RPS-LT and RPS-C2 free-roaming pedestals gave visitors a first-hand look at how they can unlock new levels of creative freedom in modern broadcast studios 🔓. Feedback so far has been very positive, with many excited about the streamlined workflows these robotics can offer ✅.

Finally, it was great to see our Slidekamera by MRMC drawing plenty of attention with the ORION MOCO - BULLHEAD Kit! 🌟 Compact, reliable and easy to use, this kit proved popular with visitors looking for a portable slider solution to fit their workflow.

📣 This is JUST the beginning! If you haven’t visited us yet, join us in Hall 22, Booth C.20 with Nikon and RED Digital Cinema and experience it yourself before the show ends on 15th September.

BritBox marked its fifth year in Australia with a campaign like no other, teaming up with director Nicos Livesey to create a 14-hour single-take film that blends stop motion with live action.

The latest campaign from BritBox isn’t just ambitious, it’s a testament to filmmaking. Shot over 14 hours, frame by frame, the Bolt X Cinebot inched its way through a single-take sequence, following every tiny adjustment.

Every costume change, every set re-dress, every performer reset happened in front of the lens while Bolt X tracked it all, adding dynamic motion to the stop-motion sequency as it moved frame by frame with the talent.

It’s a remarkable example of patience, planning, and motion control in action. Check out our latest blog below to see how this ambitious project came together and how Bolt X helped bring every frame to life.

Who’s caught Ed Sheeran’s latest music video "A Little More" with Rupert Grint? The two reunite in a follow-up to their 2011 "Lego House" collab 14 years later. This time, Grint’s character is released from prison, only to be haunted by visions of Sheeran.

Well, you’ll be pleased to hear that Ed's hit new video was captured by our very own MRMOCO Rentals. Sheeran is no stranger to MRMC robotics, having performed with Bolt systems throughout his career. So it’s only fitting that for this latest hit, the Bolt Jr Plus took centre stage, capturing stand-out repeat-pass shots of multiple Eds dancing and singing in perfect sync.

We can’t wait to see how the Bolt range helps bring even more creative shots to life in future Ed Sheeran creative projects.
