It felt surreal hearing the news about Ricky Hatton yesterday.

Ricky gave us so many great memories inside the boxing ring and was a fantastic champion. But he was an even bigger champion outside of it.

He always had time for people and, despite worldwide fame and all its trappings, he stayed humble.

In recent years, he openly shared his battles with mental health, a reminder that even the toughest can struggle 🧠.

He may never have known the full impact, but by sharing his own battles, he would have helped others feel safe to share theirs and ask for help 💙

A boxing champion. A mental health champion.

RIP Ricky Hatton.

😟 Dreading work tomorrow?

For some, Sunday night dread is more than just the weekend ending, it’s could be a sign of burnout, stress, or deeper struggles.

Talking about it is the first step to changing it.

At Whysup, we use lived experience to open those conversations in workplaces.

A pleasure to meet the new year 7 students at St Joseph's R.C. High School this morning.

Mark spoke to them about Whysup and the work we will doing with the students from years 7 to 11.

He put a big emphasis on looking out for each other, being kind and asking for help if you’re ever struggling.

We can’t wait to be part of their St Joseph’s journey. Thank you as always for the warm welcome 😊

…And thanks for the water bottle 🙌🏻. Love it 😍

💛 World Su***de Prevention Day 💛

Changing the narrative on su***de isn’t just a theme - it’s a necessity.

Too many people suffer in silence or weighed down by stigma.

It’s time to flip the script. To move from shame to honesty. From hiding to talking. From isolation to real support.
