It's been a lovely day, camping in the garden last night and waking to birdsong, sunshine and a dachshund fart. Dozed off with me coffee and must have realised because I woke up. Now you'd think I'd have put it down or sat up, oh no... Sleepy T is a twit tried to sip lying down, dumping the lot on her face. Tell you what, it deffo woke me up! Bit of housework and crafting then seeing family and a mooch around a local woodland. Bit more crafting then a lovely double date with some genuinely awesome people. Some days you search for the silver lining, others you're glistening in gold.

For those who struggle with CPTSD, it's ok. We see you. We see how hard you try to function in a world that feels like it's always trying to trip you up, and feeling the sting of rejection when you fall. We see you getting up every single morning and fighting a fight many others couldn't imagine. We see your smile, how it wobbles. We see your light, and how you want so much to project it onto others so they don't feel what weighs so heavy on your chest. You are doing amazingly. Yes some days are a write off, some days may feel like they're being guided by some sadistic as***le out to get a cheap laugh. But you show up, you fight, you do the work, you keep putting one foot in front of the other and you do it with what is probably a deliciously dark sense of humour. We see you, we thank you and we are proud of you. Keep going sweetheart, you matter more than you realise, even to people you don't think know your name. You bloody legend 💪
