I wanted to give a massive heart-felt thank you to our incredible clients for their support in 2025 🤩

This year, well, last year 😉 was the first time in my self-employment journey (coming up 10 years) that I was able to take a full Christmas break like ‘normal’ people and I SO needed it 🥰

I am sure you’re all aware that we are a family-run agency, just myself and my husband behind the scenes at present and we give our work 100% every single day- something we are incredibly proud of 🫶

That being said, it has been so nice to be able to just be parents these last couple of weeks. Not constantly answering emails, not one eye constantly on our phones or laptops 👩‍💻

We needed time to simply be 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒

We are returning to our full working hours & transitioning into our brand new winton office next week 📍

We are rested and ready for another amazing year for both ourselves and our incredible clients. Helping you build, grow and scale your businesses is what we love to do 🥂 🎉

We hope you all had an amazing Christmas and are enjoying the ‘in-between’ time, sorry but I refuse to call it ‘Twixmas’ 😆

We are really enjoying the time to pause, reflect and just take it a little slower. As a two-man agency, as well as parents of 4 - our day to day lives are hectic, to say the least 😅

Our full operational hours will resume next Monday ⏰

In the meantime, we are immersing ourselves in family, cheese and hopefully finding some time to transition into our new office space.

We are really looking forward to expanding our capabilities with the addition of this space in 2026 including free in-person computer and laptop health checks, in-person consultations and in-person coaching and training 👩‍🏫

2025 was an incredible year for us and our clients…

🏆 Our clients collectively reached around 4 million local eyes on their businesses and had more enquiries than ever before 👀

🏆 We signed our contract on our new office space to ensure our customer experience is better than ever.

🏆 We became award-winners.

🏆 Our ever-growing list of clients saw substantial growth in their own businesses.

🏆 We became members of the Bournemouth Chamber of Trade & Commerce.

We started working with a new Aesthetic Nurse in June of this year 🤝👩🏼‍⚕️

She is a Registered Nurse and with many awarding and regulatory bodies so the way she represents her brand online is extremely important. There are legal, moral and ethical implications in everything that is posted on her account. She was right to be a little concerned about this when she approached us, after being recommended by another Aesthetic Nurse that I started working with back in February- also a Registered Nurse with a strict code of conduct to follow 👩🏼‍⚕️

This is why we have a seamless approval process to ensure that every piece of content is approved by the industry professional- you ✅

Ready for our first Nativity of the season 🥰

Behind every family-run business at Christmas there is:

🪽 Chaos and love (the main ingredients).
👩‍💻 Working late into the night to fit it all in.
🎁 Unwrapped presents until the final hour.
☕️ A whole lot of caffeine.
🥹 “How am I going to do all this” and “I can’t believe I get to do all this” simultaneously.

As we approach the end of another year, I am forever grateful that I get to do a job that I love 🙏

We got the keys to our new office space today 🔑

We’ve been building this business for around 4 years now and pride ourselves in the experience we deliver to each and every client 🤝

Being able to offer a physical office space seemed like the obvious next step in offering the very best service ⤵️

✅ We can now offer in-person computer audits.

✅ We can now offer in-person consultations for all services.

✅ We can now offer an easier drop-off service for your devices.

✅ We can now deliver in-person training to small groups, to enable you or your staff to run your own Social Media effectively.

✅ Anyone outside of the BCP area can still work with us fully remotely, as before.
