Today I will be in attendance at the Taunton's Lawn Club for Forever Rivals Wrestling.

I will not be Wrestling as I'm still not cleared from medical but I will update you all on my progress and recovery from Knee Surgery.

The hard work has begun... my first PT session complete.

What we did was a base line, see what my knee is capable of doing 2 weeks post op.

Will, the PT for my MOT, was very pleased with the outcome. I'm very optimistic for my return to the ring by the end of August.

1km Ski Machine in under 5 minutes. Now we crank it up on Monday.
