From Overwhelm to Empowerment 💜

For years, I lived under the weight of debt. It wasn’t just about the money — it stole my sleep, my confidence, and the joy from everyday life. I spent nights lying awake, wondering how I’d ever find a way out.

My days were a juggling act: spinning plates, shifting bills, moving money around just to keep things ticking over. I was utterly exhausted.

What made it harder was living with undiagnosed ADHD and autism. At the time, I was misdiagnosed with depression, and it wasn’t until I hit rock bottom that I finally got the mental health support I so badly needed.

When I was properly diagnosed, everything changed. The right ADHD medication helped me begin to manage my energy and my mind. For the first time, I could breathe.

I realised something important: I wasn’t in this position because I’d been careless with money. I was simply overwhelmed by the complexity of managing different bills in different places — and neurodiversity made that ten times harder.

Now, nearly six years on, I’m debt-free. I’ve learned to live with my neurodiversity. And I’ve made it my mission to help others do the same.

Am I going to make you a millionaire? Sadly, no.
But I can help you:
