I used to think the problem in my relationships was them.

My father was an alcoholic, and I promised myself, “I’ll never repeat that pattern.”
And yet… I did.
I kept attracting men addicted to something and I was addicted too, just to my own bad habits.

Until one day, I decided to break the cycle.
I started working on myself change diet, started gym, the Code of Emotions, hypnotherapy.
And slowly… everything began to change.

Today I see that real change always starts within us.
Not with your partner, not with other people but with you.

I used to silence my truth just to keep the peace.
To make others comfortable.
To avoid conflict.

But here’s what I learned — every time I let someone cross my line, I was abandoning myself.
And that pain… it doesn’t go away. It stays until you choose you.

Now I say “no” when something doesn’t feel right.
I no longer explain why I choose peace.
Because boundaries aren’t walls, they’re energy filters. ⚡

They protect your frequency.
They keep your heart clean.

When you don’t set boundaries, your nervous system stays in a constant state of alert, as if danger never ends. 😔

Every time you say yes while your body screams no, your brain releases stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline. Over time, this creates emotional exhaustion, anxiety, and even physical symptoms like tension or fatigue.

But when you start honoring your boundaries, your body finally feels safe. 🕊️
Your vagus nerve (which regulates calm and safety) activates, your breath deepens, and your heart rate slows.

🌸 The Moment You Forgot Yourself

Sometimes a woman becomes so much of a mother, a wife, a caretaker…
that somewhere along the way, she forgets that she was once herself —
a girl with dreams, with fire in her eyes,
with her own world full of colors, passions, and emotions.

She starts living on autopilot.
Taking care of everyone, giving everything she has,
until one day she looks in the mirror and quietly wonders:

“Who am I?”

But you know what?
That’s not the end.
That’s the beginning.

The beginning of a reunion —
with the part of you that has always been there,
silent, patient, waiting…

🌟 Confidence 🌟
Many people believe you have to be born with confidence.
But the truth is completely different.

👉 Confidence is just a belief.
And every belief can be changed step by step.

Think for a moment: how do you “know” you’re not confident?
It’s only a thought you’ve been repeating for years. Maybe someone told you that long ago, maybe you compared yourself to others and believed it.
But that’s not the truth about you. It’s just a program of the mind.

And if it’s a program — you can rewrite it.
How? Through small, daily actions.

Every step, every moment when you act despite fear, sends a signal to your brain:
💭 “I can. I’m capable. I’m doing it.”

That’s exactly when you start building real confidence.

✨ The mechanism is simple:
➡️ A thought creates an emotion,
➡️ the emotion leads to action,
➡️ the action creates experience,
➡️ and repeated experiences become a new program.

That’s when confidence becomes your natural state.

For over 10 years, ci******es were a part of my life. I believed they gave me pleasure, helped me with stress, and were “my little reward.” But only during meditation and self-talk did I start asking myself the important questions:

👉 Why do I really smoke?
👉 Does it actually help me?
👉 Does it fit with my desire to be healthy?

When I began to question those beliefs, something shifted. Each day I managed to delay my first cigarette a little longer… until I finally realized that what I truly needed wasn’t ni****ne at all, but just a moment for myself – to step outside, to breathe, to take a break.

It was a conversation with my subconscious that helped me reprogram old patterns and discover that true freedom begins in the mind. 💫

My last “performance” was reading in church when I could barely read at all 🙈📖

And now… today I’m getting ready to speak at a women’s gathering.
So many years later!

It feels a bit like taking an exam on life 🤓 and a bit like stepping into something totally new and exciting.

Because speaking isn’t about being perfect – it’s about being real.
And with that (hopefully 😏) I’ll do just fine.
