" I would like to sincerely thank Paula❤️ for giving me the opportunity to practice at her studio. I sincerely thank her for her positive energy, joy, optimism, and for making everyone feel good, regardless of their appearance or age.

I would like to share my passion with you and the idea of never saying you can't do something.
I never thought that at the age of 47 I would begin my adventure with the hoop😀.
When I broke my arm twice with a dislocation while training professionally in gymnastics and acrobatics at a sports club at the age of 11, I never thought I would return to more advanced exercises.

Sport has always been very important in my life.

Sometimes, when I had time, I exercised at home.
Exercising on the hoop gives me joy, pleasure, and the satisfaction of doing something good for my body.😄. It is also a time of relaxation and rest for my brain, because I do not think about my adult son Mateusz, whom I take care of 24 hours a day."
