1️⃣ Sit Back & Support Your Lower Back – Keep your back against the chair with a small lumbar roll or cushion to maintain natural spine curvature.

2️⃣ Screen at Eye Level – Position your monitor so your eyes align with the top third of the screen to avoid neck strain.

3️⃣ 90-Degree Rule – Keep elbows, hips, and knees at 90-degree angles with feet flat on the floor or on a footrest.

4️⃣ Move Every 30 Minutes – Stand up, stretch, or walk around to prevent stiffness and improve circulation.
