Student Spotlight: Rebecca Walker AKA .flac ✨

We’re celebrating dBs Bristol Electronic Music Production alumni Rebecca Walker, who’s had an incredible few months!

Their debut EP ‘Sunburst’, created as part of their final-year project not only earned them a first class grade, but was also released on all streaming platforms.

Rebecca will also be hitting the stage for a series of events across Bristol before the year is over. We LOVE to see our students using their studies to create opportunities in the real world.

Congrats Rebecca, we can’t wait to see what’s next! 🙌”

Meet , a first-year Music Production student in Bristol. 🎧

Originally from the Bahamas, he moved to the UK in 2019 to pursue his dream as an artist. After recording with one of our students in our studio facilities, Asher saw the potential of what dBs life could offer and so joined the dBs community 🙌🏻

Musique Tableaux is back! Our live performance and exhibition series from dBs Institute Bristol returns to celebrate experimental and leftfield sound practices.

The first edition of the academic year offers a glimpse of what to expect at these showcases, with performances from staff voices.
