The soundtrack to this years Main Titles for OFFF used a lot of material manipulated from field recordings in Barcelona. From the subtle textures of street ambience to the rhythmic pulse of daily life, we recorded a range of natural sounds across the city. Back in the studio, these recordings were sculpted into synthesized instruments — an organic palette that became the backbone of the score.
Territory Studio crafted visuals by photographing a curated selection of iconic and timeless monuments and sculptures from Barcelona. Using an image-to-mesh AI model, they generated 3D versions of these elements and wove them into the scenes via Cinema 4D.
This bespoke sonic environment was then layered with a poetic voiceover from Jade de Robles Rossdale and featured beautiful vocals from Kari Aryeh
