Rob Ótico started off as a hard trance and techno DJ playing across the south of the UK. In the mid 2000's he focused solely on techno and progressive house before being invovled win a serious accident in 2004 resulting in the amputation of his right leg above the knee. In 2018 he got back into DJing and since then he has held several residencies in Bristol and also for Tribe of Frog in Spain. He also brought his own unique direction into a one off Emotive event where he supported John 00 Fleming. Having been wanting to change name for a while, but unsure of what to change it to - a young boy walking with his father saw Rob walking with his prosthetic leg and shouted "Papa, Papa... Robotico, Robotico".... and so, the name Rob Ótico was born.

Like so many UK festivals this year, circumstances led to the postponement of . This month's edition of Robotic Sessions gives a flavour of what I may have played during my set.

With tracks from the likes of .music , , , and myself, my sets builds right from start to finish.

Two versions of my new track "Enduring Spirit".
Both special in their own way, each with their own place on the dancefloor.

The Original mix is a tough slab of PsyTech, Whilst the Acid mix sits between Peaktime & Psy.

I've just landed in Helsinki for the first time and was well looked after by the staff of

Waiting for the transport to and really excited and curious to experience Kosmos for the first time.

I'm playing in the vortex stage tomorrow at 14:30 and can't wait
