Children’s Hospice South West and Weston Hospicecare are 2 of 143 hospices across the country taking part in the ‘This is Hospice Care’ campaign, a national initiative facilitated by Hospice UK.

The campaign started earlier this year as a way to raise awareness of the vital role hospices play in communities and to shift public perceptions.
