Luna is a unique, flowing style of yoga in tune with the Yin, lunar and feminine elements. The focus is to honour ourselves, be kind, and to take the time to relax and release (imagine yoga meets spa!)
This practice offers calming, firm but slower-paced ‘internal’ poses that are appropriate for women throughout their monthly cycle. It was created exclusively for women, focusing on hormonal and spiritual balance so is also ideal for those who are post natal, peri-menopausal, menopausal or post!

Classes are usually booked in 8wk blocks (£84) you are welcome to book a trial (£10.50) class before committing to a block.

A heads up about some changes to our opening this week ❕❕❕open as usual today, tomorrow and Wednesday but...

We're closed for a short end of summer break from Thursday over the bank holiday - we'll be back open on Tuesday 26th!

Sorry if you were planning on paying us a visit during this time - it's tricky being a family business when we also like to hang out as a fam because it means we can't all have time off together when the caff is open 😓 - but we'll see ya when we're back 👍🍋
