New episode is up and live now on Spotify, Apple, YouTube & other podcast streaming sites. I am super nervous about this one. Gary is my first ever guest on This is Rebellion Podcast.

Gary goes pretty deep into his relationship with his father and reflects on years of burying his feelings and emotions. Through the amazing work of Man down - supporting men’s mental health , he found he wasn’t alone. He found the strength to open up, understand & process. Eventually reaching a place of strength.

Gary is open, forthcoming, honest & extremely brave. I’m as proud of him as I am thankful.

I have to say that watching back… It has provided me with a million ways to improve (things are already happening). I have to remember it’s only the 5th one.

All who have supported me so far in this, have played a huge part in the podcast. I’m riddled with insecurity on my best day and your support has helped quiet that negative inner voice. Just ennough to move forward and do a new episode every week.

For that, I can’t thank you enough…
