We performed another premiere!
Actually, it was the same piece we played last week in the UK - Arietta by David Loeb - but we are still happy to say that our performance of this piece last night was the first to be heard in Europe!
We have really enjoyed preparing it and combining it with our programme. Thank you very much for sending us the music.

Our concert last night also contained music by our friend Sebastien Vachez, as well as other French music by Satie. We also played some of our favourites by Paganini, Piazzolla, and Sarasate!

We have been so welcomed into this community - we have met so many kind and generous members of Les Amis de Saint-Ilpize who have treated us to a really wonderful experience every time we have been here. Thank you so much to everyone in Les Amis de Saint-Ilpize, and to the huge audience who came to hear us play, in this absolutely beautiful setting on top of a volcano in the Auvergne region of France. We look forward to coming back again, and staying in touch with many friends.
