Happy to help TheySaidToMe(dot)com with malware removal from their WordPress website 🎉

I love removing malware from WordPress!

This website now has a fresh new hosting plan, a brand new WordPress installation, a new theme, a full plugin audit and extra hardening to reduce the chance of it being impacted my malware again in the future 🛡💪🏻

Thanks to Sarah Tamsin Digital Consultant for saving our website when it was ha*CK*ed and giving it a fresh new look.

There are two types of business owners:

Those who are serious about online growth and those who never publish blogs.

A blog can benefit every business in any industry. But, the majority of business owners are still doing things like this:

🤦🏻‍♀️ A blog page with 4 articles, last published 2021

🤦🏻‍♀️ Republished that thing you wrote in some magazine 6 years ago

🤦🏻‍♀️ Post the odd "article" of about 200 words

🤦🏻‍♀️ Just writing about anything, neglecting search trends, keyword research, competitive analysis and intent analysis

🤦🏻‍♀️ Not thinking about how a blog fits into the sales funnel

🤦🏻‍♀️ Never updating old articles and just letting them go stale

🤦🏻‍♀️ Say "I don't need to have a blog"

So, set yourself apart from the masses. Your blog is a resource and an opportunity. Don't let it go to waste ✌🏻

Your website is a bit like a restaurant.

Imagine that you're at a fancy restaurant... the ambiance is beautiful, the lighting is perfect, and the decor is on point.

But when the food arrives, it's bland, unappetising and generally underwhelming... such a disappointment, right?

The same concept applies to websites. A beautiful design can make a website LOOK great, but it's the content on the page that really matters.

The content is the "food" of the website, and it's what people are there to consume.

When people visit a website, they're looking for information, solutions or answers, they don't care how fancy the website is if the content is not what they're looking for, they will leave.

Without great content, even the most beautifully designed website will fail to engage and retain visitors.

And that's not a good sign for your business 🚩

The bottom line is that while design is important, it's the content that truly drives a website's success.

So, don't skimp on the content, because in the end, it's what really counts 💁🏻

How often should you backup your WordPress website? 🤔

First, let's consider this 👇🏻

What would you do if you lost your website? All your hard work would be lost. Your hours of writing, editing images and designing your pages – everything gone.

How devastated would you be?

Even worse – what if you rely on this website for your income to pay your bills? What would you do for the period when it was offline? 😲

Backing up your WordPress website is so important unless you don’t care about losing your hard work. It’s easy to restore a backup but you can’t reclaim your time.

I spend 90% of my time in front of a screen these days so I have to make a point of going ✨️outside✨️ once in a while 😅

I could be living somewhere flat or boring with no green space, but fortunately I don't, I'm surrounded by hills and mountains to walk up 🏞🌄

Did you know that I also own/operate two blogs about hiking and camping in Britain that I launched over 6 years ago? 😲

If I've ever had a hobby, I've made, ranked and monetised a whole website about it 😅😅😅

Buy a domain, build a site, write 50,000 quality words, ads + affiliates, wait 6-12 months for Google to do its thing. Repeat as many times as you can 😅

Not to mention all the random "local guide" websites I own 🤦🏻‍♀️

That's where my SEO experience comes from, I've been writing+creating online since the late 90s and I'm not going to stop anytime soon.

I quietly operate some of the ✨️most✨️ authoritative websites across various industries that I built from scratch. This is why I love SEO so so much, making information easy to find 💜

Learning and experimenting with SEO was the best thing I ever did as a web developer. What's the point of creating content if no one can find it? 🤔

Web development + SEO = an amazing skill combination I'm extremely grateful for.

& I also wonder why my 70+ NameCheap renewals are so expensive 😅

Consider this: Your title acts as the gatekeeper to your content.
