I’m Francis and I’m enthusiastic about all things sports, health and fitness. I started FAST to give my experience in professional sport to the wider public so amateur athletes can progress and those wanting to become health and fitter can do it with proven methods.
I run group training sessions just outside of Camborne and I also work one to one with clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals! Recently I’ve been working with netball teams across Cornwall and all of Great Britain trying to improve players matches and performance and I’ve loved every minute of it 🙏💪

Fearful of getting injured during playing? Want to play Netball as long as possible? Lift weights to help reduce the risk of injury.

Increasing strength reduces the risk of injury (Morris et al, 2022). Provides more stability around joints.

Don’t worry about having to become a weight lifter or bulking up. Simply 2 x 45min whole body sessions per week is ideal.
