'The Night We Saved The Moon' is more than it seems! It is also a guide to how we feel, how we treat people, and ways to help one another shine. At the back of this book, there is a Guardian Guide you can use to engage with the book, explore your feelings and discover fun ways to feel better and connect with your friends and family.

Written by volunteers of the 'Be Free Campaign' who aim to improve people's knowledge of self-help when it comes to dealing with mental health. They hope this book will help young children become better equipped to care for their own, and others, mental wellbeing.
