I think a lot of women crave a softer life now because they are mentally exhausted in ways they can’t fully explain anymore.

Not weak.
Not lazy.
Just tired of carrying so much all the time.

And somewhere along the way, society convinced women that slowing down means you’re failing.

That wanting peace means you lack ambition.
That rest has to be earned.
That exhaustion is normal.

But honestly?
I don’t think human beings were designed to live permanently overwhelmed.

I think women are craving softness because their nervous systems are desperate for safety again.

More calm.
More presence.
More time outside.
More space to think clearly.
More moments where life actually feels enjoyable instead of relentlessly heavy.

A softer life doesn’t mean doing nothing.

It means creating a life that no longer feels like survival mode every waking second.

And I think that’s something far more women deserve than they currently allow themselves to believe đŸ€

I think fear of judgement keeps more women stuck than lack of ability ever will.

Especially for countryside women.

Because small towns and rural communities can make you feel like everybody’s watching everything you do. Brenda from the feed shop will get over it pretty quick when the new bit of gossip comes out. Also who the f**k is Brenda!

You worry people will laugh.
Roll their eyes.
Talk about you.
Think you’ve “changed”.
Think you’re embarrassing yourself for trying something different.

And honestly, I understand that fear completely because I’ve felt it too.

But at some point I realised something.

The people building lives they genuinely love are usually willing to risk being misunderstood for a while.

And the people mocking others for trying are rarely creating anything brave themselves.

Most women are not lacking potential.
They’re lacking permission.

Permission to be visible.
Permission to try.
Permission to want more from life.
Permission to believe they’re capable of building something different.

But you do not need everybody else to understand your vision before you start.

You just need to stop letting fear make every decision for you đŸ€

I think one of the reasons so many women resist online business is because the internet has made it look deeply embarrassing.

Fake scripts.
Cold DMs.
Copy and paste sales messages.
Performative motivational content.
People pretending their life changed overnight after drinking a greens powder.

Honestly?
It puts me off too.

Because most women, especially rural women, do not want to become fake internet personalities just to make money.

We want something that actually fits around real life.

Something human.
Something honest.
Something that doesn’t require pretending to be someone we’re not.

And the funny thing is, the more I stopped trying to sound like an “online marketer” and started sounding like myself, the more everything changed.

Because women don’t connect with perfection anymore.

They connect with honesty.

With real life.
With personality.
With someone who actually understands how heavy life feels sometimes.

You do not need to become louder, harder or more performative to build freedom online.

You just need to build it in a way that still feels like YOU đŸ€

Comment with the thing you’re currently mentally carrying.

I genuinely think the mental load women carry is one of the most invisible forms of exhaustion there is.

Because people see the physical things you do.

They don’t see the constant stream of thoughts running through your head every minute of the day.

The things you need to remember.
The things you need to sort.
The bills coming out next week.
The appointments you need to book.
The dog food running low.
The message you forgot to reply to.
The thing your child needs tomorrow.
The horse feed order.

It never fully stops.

And after a while your brain gets so used to carrying everything that exhaustion starts feeling normal.

That’s why so many women say they feel tired even after resting.

Because the body can sit down while the mind keeps carrying.

Honestly, I think women have been conditioned to minimise how much pressure they’re under.

You’re expected to hold everything together quietly and then feel guilty when you feel overwhelmed by it.

But the truth is, human beings were never designed to carry this much alone.

And you are not dramatic for admitting it feels heavy sometimes đŸ€
