We are very pleased to announce that Peter May - author will be providing the Foreword to Volume 1 of The Road to Glendarroch.

Peter was a large part of the writing team of Take The High Road, writing 175 credited episodes between 1980 and 1993, as well as serving as Script and Story Editor for most of the 1980s. Peter has since gone on to have a highly prolific career as a novelist in crime fiction, winning plaudits for many of his titles, including the award winning Lewis Trilogy. His next title Island of the Dead is due for release in January 2027.

Peter will also be sharing his memories in Volume 1 of his journey towards becoming a professional writer, joining the fledgling writing staff of Take The High Road and his mentors series creator Don Houghton and producer Clarke Tait.
