So that's me at 34 years old next month and so far 13 people I knew growing up, gone to school/college or worked with have passed away. 8 to su***de alone.

Yep that's right I know or have known 8 individual human beings who have sadly taken the ultimate final step at ending suffering.

It's still simply not fair that we are at a point in life where we can't or won't reach out due to fear of feeling misunderstood or misheard.

We need to take steps to check in with one another more. So if YOU are a friend or family member of mine or of someone I know. Please don't just sit quietly ignoring the fact that YOU need someone by YOUR side. IF YOU feel like YOU need to cry to let whatever it is out, then my shoulder is here for YOU.

Know I'm here for YOU. And that goes for YOUR loved ones too.

It's funny this whole life thing, YOU know!

My fear of swimming (yup, I fear swimming) had taken a back seat whilst Dexter chose to go swimming and wanted me to go with them to watch.

Anyway, I have been psyching myself up to go along for the past two weeks now and this morning I was ready to look at a swimming pool for the first time in nearly 12 years. We made it on the bus and about 7 stops into the journey and Loki decided that those stops were enough and proceeded to be sick.

Yeah he was sick all over his lap, seat and floor and to those traveling on the bus with us I can only apologise for the inadequate handling of the situation.

States of shock are funny when s**t happens 😂 he is very sorry and feels horrible about it and said 'I smell disgusting and I was sick in front of people' I'm genuinely sorry that we left the bus in a horrible state but we didn't travel with cleaning supplies and our wet wipes did what they could until they ran out.

So here's a huge sorry to stagecoach and the driver for the inconvenience we caused.

I felt guilty as hell stepping off the bus but honestly this little guy is a trooper and I don't actually feel that guilty anymore 😂 sorry? Yes, but guilty? No.

These things happen even if they are mortifying.

Swimming will have to wait and more building up will be required but hey it's a step forward.

Shoutout to We Fix Phones a couple of weeks back I took my somewhat dodgy PS4 in for a new HDMI port due to it being incredibly unreliable.

Without even having hands on, they had ordered the port replacement and after taking it in, the work was complete within 2 days 🙏

I had a replacement fan ready for install also because the other one was knackered and they installed that for me whilst it was already open and honestly it has been the quietest little machine ever since thanks to a new splattering of thermal paste.

Honestly I felt incredibly taken care of and recommend them highly.

Service with a smile and a slobbery welcome from the owner (cough cough.... I mean the real owner 😂)

Took me 48 Infills to complete my 1st Solo Ashika Hunt and two days ago I completed my 3rd Solo Deployment Massacre to Ashika Island with one team escaping my clutches.

And here I am sitting on the wing trying to avoid the Scavenger because that one plate and lack of Ammunition Box ain't gonna hold up to his s**t 😂

Safe to say my PVP and general abilities within the game are improving but my goodness I'm far from being a 'Decent' player.

In a few days I am going to start streaming some sessions of DMZ and Faction Missions on a new Instagram but will share here once I know more. I'm thinking will likely be the best place for this to happen. That being said I am contemplating multi-streaming simply because it will help alert an audience to the actual live happening.

I have begun attempting to fool my children into eating foods they claim the 'don't' like even just by looking at a plate that's handed to them.

I'm 2 for 2 so far with these Curried Pork and Carrot Samosas being 1 and Croquettes being the 2nd.

I attended the Gym yesterday for the first time in almost 10 years with a fellow dad from the school and it wasn't as hellish as my mind had built it up to be. Of course, I knew but try telling a broken mind that and being believed 😂

Monday will be my second visit and if I can swing the next two weeks of hitting it hard then I believe it will be a fixture in my somewhat scatty routine.

Anyway, I feel a bit less negative about my s**t body image and feel confident that the changes I've made over the past couple of years have started building on top of one another and that is a positive view even if some days aren't as positive as I would like.

One thing I can say for sure is that my moments of 'depression' are lesser than that of a year ago 🙂 now that's progress unnoticed.

No matter what YOU are currently going through, don't allow YOUR mind to create a falsely negative environment for YOU to live internally.

YOU have a purpose in this world and just like myself and many before YOU or I, it's finding that purpose that allows us to shine through the cracks in the darkness.

And so AC/DC once said 'Stand Up and Be Counted' for YOU are important.
