**Morning Skincare Routine:**

1. **Cleanser:** Start with a gentle cleanser to remove impurities and prep your skin.
2. **Exfoliate:** Use a mild exfoliant to slough off dead skin cells and promote a smooth complexion.
3. **Toner:** Apply a toner to balance your skin's pH levels and hydrate.
4. **Booster:** Use a skin booster to address specific concerns and enhance your skin's overall health.
5. **Serum:** Apply a vitamin C serum to brighten your skin and provide antioxidant protection.
6. **Eye Cream:** Gently apply eye cream to hydrate and reduce puffiness around the eyes.
7. **Moisturizer:** Use a lightweight moisturizer to lock in hydration and nourish your skin.
8. **Daytime Sun Cream:** Finish with a broad-spectrum SPF 30 sunscreen to protect your skin from harmful UV rays.

Lupin Flour Tikki

Ingredients:
- **Lupin Flour**: 50g
- **Green Onions**: 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
- **Salt**: 1 pinch
- **Black Pepper**: 1 pinch
- **Turmeric (Haldi)**: 1 pinch
- **Cumin Seeds (Zeera)**: 1/4 teaspoon
- **Water**: 1/4 cup
- **Oil**: For greasing the frying pan

# # # # Instructions:

1. **Prepare the Batter**:
- In a mixing bowl, add 50g of lupin flour.
- Add 2 tablespoons of finely chopped green onions.
- Add a pinch each of salt, black pepper, and turmeric.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon of cumin seeds.
- Gradually add 1/4 cup of water, mixing continuously until you achieve a smooth, running batter.

2. **Heat the Pan**:
- Lightly grease a frying pan with oil and heat it over medium heat.

3. **Cook the Tikkis**:
- Once the pan is hot, pour a small ladleful of batter onto the pan, spreading it out gently to form a small, round tikki.
- Cook the tikki on medium heat until the edges start to turn golden brown.
- Flip the tikki and cook the other side until it is also golden brown and crispy.

4. **Serve**:
- Remove the cooked tikkis from the pan and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
- Serve hot with chutney or a dip of your choice.
