The Digital Services Act (DSA) is helping tackle these practices by prohibiting designs that distort or impair people's ability to make autonomous and informed choices online.

If users need a treasure map to unsubscribe, it's probably a deceptive technique, not a design flaw.

The importance of the styling of lengthy or dense text, and bodycopy in general, can often be underappreciated.
