2026 Open Gardens…. Done ✔️

Thank you to all of our visitors this weekend, you have come from far & wide to join us in our lovely gardens and all the activities going on in the heart of our village.

Thanks to Arthur, Rosie and their amazing team, a lot of work goes on behind the scenes to make this work (plus wine, Rum, beer & cake), those meetings are a rave!

Lastly, Thank you to our gardeners who work so hard to create these beautiful spaces for everyone to enjoy.
To give your space to others is just such a lovely thing to do, you’re all totally amazing 🤩

I too am one of the gardens, and I have taken great comfort in people sitting, chatting, sipping drinks and feeling at home in my garden.

CHEDDLETON OPEN GARDENS IS ON THIS WEEKEND 🌸

So much going on in & around our village.

Enjoy hot food being served in the heart of the village, plus activities for all the family including St Edward’s School Summer Fayre!

Visit all the gardens on the Open Gardens trail, enjoy refreshments while sat in the calming outdoor spaces, our villages hidden gems.

Maps are available from the village centre at Chapel House, Hollow Lane, or any garden with an Open Garden sign outside.
Maps are £3.50pp.

Look out also for the scarecrows too!

It’s set to be a weekend of great weather, let’s make 2026 a bumper year for our Open Gardens team.
