What a crazy fun amazing day with these two gorgeous people.

The weather forecast wasn’t great but we managed to dodge the torrential downpour and we got all the pictures at the times we wanted. Literally a perfect day with gorgeous skies and even a subtle sunset.

Yayyyyy Cassssssieee and Dan.
Pete, Hayley and Myself were so excited to be a part of this wedding.

The amazing team at The Warren were the perfect balance of professional and fun.

It’s safe to say that Cassie & Dan were nervous about posing, we always keep it really casual. Give loads of direction in a fun and cheeky way. They smashed it.

Such a gorgeous fun wedding with the stunning Katie & Liam at The Reid Rooms.
It was an amazing day filled with really warm and friendly guests.
Katie looked so beautiful with her Hollywood Waves and Liam looked so debonair in his Blue suit and pink tie. So so cool.

The weather couldn’t spoil this perfect day at Blake Hall with the absolutely heartwarmingly beautiful Katy and Connor Wilson along with the most gorgeous Basil.

I was living my absolute best life again.
I worked alongside a new videographer to me, Tony Davies, such a fun guy, so easy going. Stunning work and a pleasure to be around.

We dodged the rain and had the most fun time.

We had to literally run and grab Katy and Connor in order to get ‘the sun’. It was worth it.

What an incredible wedding at the Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich, London with the wonderful Simi & Josh along with their beautiful families. We then went on to The Manor at Bickley.

I am so excited to share just a few highlights from this vibrant Indian wedding, where rich traditions met elegant British grandeur. Every moment was a masterpiece of culture, joy, and sophistication.

What an incredible day yesterday at The Warren Estate with the beautiful Lalah & James along with their wild, whacky and wonderful family.

This was always destined to be an amazing wedding and boy, did it deliver. I was living my best life as always.

Big shout out to Molly, Jill and the rest of the dream team over there. They never fail to deliver and the place looks stunning as always.

The gorgeous wedding of Lisa & Joe at one of our favourite venues, The Warren Estate.
What a beautiful day all round. Such a chilled vibe but also full of energy. The sky was covered in perfect (photographers dream condition) clouds, which gives that wonderful soft light without harsh shadows.

Lisa and Joe both looked breathtaking in every way. Lisas dress from Serenity Brides in Colchester was lightweight and elegant, suiting her frame exquisitely, and Joe looked so freaking suave and cool in his lightweight light colour tweed from Anthonys Formalwear in Colchester.

Thanks again to the amazing team at The Warren who always deliver in every sense of the word. They look after every including myself and my Brother from another ‘Pete Mitchell aka Maverick Weddings’ capturing video.
We never tire of hearing heart warming compliments from guests and couples at weddings about our fun easy going laid back nature, allowing everyone to feel part of the capturing process.

WOWWWWWWW. Wedding Dayyyyyyyyy.
What a day we had yesterday 28th June, Amber & Callum, you guys were just the dream. Pete and I were living our best life again over at The Warren Estate. Home from home for us.

A massive shout out to the team over there. Sarah and Jill and the rest of the amazing gang. Looked after everyone sooo well.

This wedding was ‘hot’ in every sense of the word haha. Wow, what a day with this amazing bunch of people.

I was so honoured and excited to shoot Kirsty & Arran’s wedding(well, Alvey’s wedding according to him lol).
Kirsty had warned me several times that Arran isn’t a camera fan and I will be hard pressed not to get a ‘Chandler Smile’. I told her not to fear, I haven’t failed a groom ‘yet’ and it’s not happening at this wedding haha.

In all honesty, it’s something I never fear, I always know I will find a way of building that rapport with the guys (even when I have never met them beforehand). I will find a way of allowing them to feel at ease and get the ‘real them’ on camera. Be that, making them the centre of attention, taking the p*e out of them, laughing and joking (and swearing with them). There are many different ways and each one is ‘fitting’ of the situation if that makes sense.

Arran, Scott, Harry and Martin were such a cool bunch of guys and we were proper cracking up all day long. I firikkin loved it. (Kirsty said, “I was part of the Grooms party dressed in disguise” haha)

As for the gorgeous beautiful Kirsty, well it’s impossible not to get a stunning shot of this lady.

Thanks so much to the amazing team at Maidens Barn. I had the pleasure of two weddings in three days at this stunning venue and the team are amazing. I had a lovely chat with the owner as well and she is so lovely.

I hope to have many more weddings here and will speak with them to see if they would like to add me as a recommended supplier as I would love to be back soon.

Getting fitter at fifty five

Apologies for ruining your lunch. Just wanted throw out a one year change. Some of the loss was through things in my life that I am not proud of and wish I could change, most of the gains are through hard work and enjoyment of the weights again. Something I’ve always loved but never utilised as much as I should do.

I still have a way to go and still need to be far more disciplined with the treats but like is about balance.

Thanks to my best friends who look after me through good times and tough times. You know who you are and I love you forever.

Yesterday I had the absolute joy and pleasure of shooting these two sweethearts.

To be with them was to be in the presence of love.

And to be with the friends and families….. well that was utter madness in every sense of the word hahaha. I had one of the best weddings ever (yes I say that to all of you and it really ‘is’ the case). Each one is unique in its own rights and I am completely blessed to be able to do this as a job (it’s almost a crime to have this much fun at work haha)

We had a stunning Church wedding with a wonderful vicar Simon

Then onto one of my favourite venues as you know. The Warren Estate.
