What a day out! We laced up the boots and took on a stretch of the coast to coast today, only a small part of it mind, but a solid 8 miles along a beautiful National Trust nature trail. The views were stunning, and at one point we got completely surrounded by a flock of sheep. No complaints from us.
Managed to grab some cracking drone footage along the way too, so keep an eye out for that in an upcoming video.
We're now sat in the Bryn Arms in Gellilydan, near Blaenau Ffestiniog, treating ourselves to a cold b**r and a proper pizza before heading back to the van. Days like this are exactly why we love doing what we do.

Day two in Benidorm and you lot were in charge 😅
We handed the whole day over to your recommendations and hit the British Quarter: The Lucky Shamrock, Rovers Return, Andy's Simply The Best, Brit Station and Black Chicken, before finishing up at Planta 20 Sky Bar for those unreal evening views 🌅🍻

A few too many, a little bit tipsy, one of the best afternoons we've had in ages.
And this is just one day of it. We're letting you plan the whole trip, so there's plenty more to come. Full vlog on the way ❤️

We took our brand new motorhome to Scotland for the very first time... and Scotland threw everything at us. 🚐

Both parts of our biggest trip yet are now live!

What a fantastic first 'off grid' weekend! ❤️🚐
Haworth definitely didn’t disappoint. We had such a peaceful evening with absolutely no noise at all, followed by a lovely walk around the town the next day and some great food at The Treehouse. 🍕🍗
Of course, we couldn’t leave without picking up some local pies too! 🥧😂
Then it was time to head off to our second location, our very first pub stop at The Knot Inn, and wow, it didn’t disappoint either!
Great staff, lovely food, a fantastic location and a really nice little spot for the van. 🍻🍽️🚐
We even bumped into a couple of subscribers, Jenni and Craig, which was such a lovely surprise. We had a few drinks, a good chat and it was great to finally meet them in person. ❤️
We're still very much finding our feet with all this motorhome stuff, and we've already had our first little learning curve! 😂 We discovered that there might be an issue with the solar not charging the leisure battery properly. The joys of being beginners! 🤣
We'll have to look into it properly and figure out what's going on, but that's all part of the learning process.
All in all, a brilliant first weekend away, our first pub stop and plenty of new memories made. We absolutely loved it! ❤️🚐

🚐❤️ OUR FIRST TWO-NIGHT WILD CAMP ADVENTURE!

We’ve journeyed to beautiful Haworth for our first proper two-night motorhome adventure!

🌙 TODAY – HAWORTH

Tonight we’re enjoying this beautiful Brontë village, getting settled into the van and having our first proper big cook — Linda’s cooking steak for us! 🥩❤️

After dinner, we’ll head into the village for a pint or two, then return to the van, get the bed set up and settle down for a peaceful night in our little home on wheels.

🌄 TOMORROW - RUSHTON

Tomorrow morning we’ll pack up and head off towards The Knot Inn in Rushton, near Macclesfield, for night number two.

The plan is to enjoy another lovely pub stop, have some good food and a few drinks, then settle back into the van for another night away.

Two nights, two locations and another little adventure in our home on wheels. 🚐❤️

New Motorhome Rattles & Motorhome Waving Etiquette 🤣

First night in our first-ever motorhome and we're trying to figure out if there's an unwritten rulebook nobody mentions. Every bump rattles something new, and are you supposed to wave at every motorhome that passes?

5.5 hours. That was the plan.
Seven and a half hours later, still crawling through traffic, we finally caved and tried for our first pub stop in Penrith.

We called first "Just pull up," they said. "No need to book," they said.

We arrived to a full car park. Linda nipped to the loo while I sat there turning the van round, waiting for a spot that was never coming. She came back… let's just say she was not impressed.
So we made a hasty retreat.
The choice? Find somewhere fast, or drive another four hours home.

Enter Slapestone Villa, quietly saving the day via the Caravan and Motorhome Club app. One spot left. A quick dash round Tesco, meal sorted, van set up, bellies full, and finally settled for the night.
Not the day we planned. But then again, when has it ever been?

What a lovely evening at Findhorn Bay 🌊🌅

We headed down this evening hoping to catch a glimpse of the eclipse and enjoyed some lovely food at The Captain’s Table. 🍽️

Sadly, the eclipse wasn’t exactly spectacular this far up north 😂, but the sunset that followed more than made up for it. It was absolutely breathtaking! 🌅❤️

Linda was already feeling the effects of our time on the beach earlier today too… she definitely caught the sun on her face! ☀️😂

A beautiful evening, a gorgeous location, good food and an incredible sunset. We’ll take that! ❤️

Spent a few hours in Cawdor Castle yesterday.

Legend says the whole thing was built around a holly tree. The Thane loaded a donkey with gold, set it loose, and built the castle wherever it stopped to sleep. It picked a holly tree, and 600 years on that same tree is still sat in the dungeon.

Everyone ties it to Macbeth too, though the real one was long gone before a single stone was set. Still felt proper atmospheric wandering the old rooms.

The gardens were the surprise. I could've stayed there all afternoon 😀 Oh, and Craig bought a new cap. What are your thoughts? I'm not sure😄

Well worth a few hours if you're up near Nairn.
