Ever wondered what makes a marketing campaign truly successful? I have worked in PR and marketing for 30 years and I don't think a year has gone by where i haven't been asked, “What worked?” And the truth is, it’s never just one thing.
Take my journey to owning a Mini as an example—it started with a press launch in 2001, moved through TV ads, product placement, social media, and finally an great dealership experience. It wasn’t one ad or one touchpoint; it was the power of everything working together over time.
