The build process of Roam & Revive 🙌

From an old horsebox trailer to contrast therapy in the gorgeous Ribble Valley. It’s taken a lot of time and hard work, but seeing people enjoying it already has made it all worth it.

We’re opening!

Roam & Revive is a new sauna and cold plunge space tucked away in the Ribble Valley.

Friday 22nd May 11-2:30 - for local businesses, clubs and collaborators. Drop us a message if you fancy coming down or getting involved!

Saturday 23rd May 10-4 - open for anyone to pop by, have a look round, ask any questions and get booked in.

Full strip out complete, including clean up. 🧽 🧼

First stage of the rebuild - relay the floor, strengthening the base, and create some solid foundations.
