Our core belief that great stories should be accessible to all is as true today as it was when we launched six years ago in 2020, becoming the 1st UK publisher of dyslexic-friendly fiction for adults.
Accessible fiction for adults is incredibly important and should never be treated as a fad or a trend. Books open up new worlds, new lives, new adventures and new opportunities, and no one should feel excluded from that simply because they process words in a different way. No one should feel like they can't enjoy the same stories as everyone else. No one should feel like the enjoyment of reading isn't meant for them.
It's been a long journey for us over the last 6 years, with plenty of ups and downs, award wins and nominations, collaborations, meeting amazingly supportive readers, booksellers and organisations, signing fabulous authors and releasing dyslexic-friendly editions of multimillion selling bestsellers!
Dyslexic-friendly fiction for adults is incredibly important. That's why we started, it's why we're still here, and why we’ll keep making a change in the industry.
Publishing needs it. Readers need it. And readers deserve it.
