Traditionally held in Munich, Oktoberfest is coming to Llandudno this weekend thanks to Wild Horse Brewing Co! Bavarian Bingo kicks off the event, starting at 7pm on Thursday 3rd October, in aid of the fantastic Hope House & Tŷ Gobaith. There will be prizes galore and Bavarian-themed cuisine from Taproom favourites El Piloto. Friday 4th October sees the return of local legend Billy Bibby who packed out the taproom the first time he played there. Saturday 5th October & Sunday 6th October will continue with the food offerings from 12pm. A best-dressed competition will be hosted on Saturday evening, encouraging all attendees to get their lederhosen and dirndls on. Wild Horse Brewing Co has brewed a ‘Ffestbier’ in the style of traditional European lager specially for the event, which can be served in a famous German-style stein glass for those who are up to the challenge…

There is lots going on including a fun dog show, competitions, entertainment and children's races – as well as plenty of tempting food and drink options too. The parish of Bro Enlli in Pwllheli is excited to be welcoming the Archbishop of Wales, the Most Reverend Andrew John, on Easter Sunday. The archbishop will be at St Engan’s Church, Llanengan, at 9am and at St Peter’s Church, Pwllheli, at 11am and 5pm. There will also be an Easter service at 9.30am in St Pedrog’s Church, Llanbedrog, and at 11am in St Hywyn’s Church, Aberdaron.
